1. The service

LastMinuteGo helps you study based on your own course material. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy. We do not guarantee passing or any particular exam result.

2. AI content

Explanations, learning objectives and review cards are AI-generated and may contain mistakes. Your knowledge level is based on your own self-assessment. Always check important information against your own course.

3. Your material

Only upload material you are allowed to use for your own study. You remain the owner; we use it solely to provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use LastMinuteGo to abuse, overload or circumvent the service, and do not share your account with others. In case of abuse we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

6. Plans and trial

The free plan has limits on the number of courses, document size and AI usage. You can start a free 30-day Premium trial once, without a credit card. When it ends you automatically return to the free plan; nothing is charged. Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, the price and terms will be shown clearly in advance and you only pay if you choose to.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep LastMinuteGo working well and securely, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as exam results or loss of data you did not keep elsewhere. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

8. Termination

You can delete your account yourself at any time via the account page. All your data is then erased.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will ask you to accept the new version on your next visit to the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
